Privacy matters from day one

CaseEzy is an early-stage prototype, not a production service for confidential legal information. Do not submit real client documents, personal identifiers, or sensitive case materials.

The public website may be served through third-party hosting infrastructure that processes technical information needed to deliver pages, such as IP addresses and request logs. We have not completed a production privacy audit or published a full inventory of processors and retention periods.

The local Prepare prototype uses development authentication, a database, and document storage. It is intended for fictional test data only. Before public accounts or real documents are accepted, this notice must be replaced with a reviewed policy explaining data collection, purposes, service providers, storage locations, retention, deletion, security, and privacy contact details.
